We use data only to authenticate approved customers, show the correct live-rate visibility, prevent abuse, respond to showroom enquiries, keep audit/security records, and operate the website and mobile app. If you opt in to notifications, we use the push token only for manual gallery and new-stock announcements.
We do not sell personal data. Operational providers may process data only to run the service: hosting, database, email delivery, DNS/security, logging, backups, app build or store infrastructure, and Apple/Google/Expo push delivery for opted-in notifications.
Active account data is kept while the account exists. Revoked mobile session rows and security logs are retained for up to 24 months unless a shorter period is practical or a longer period is required for security, dispute, audit, tax, legal, or regulatory reasons. Push tokens are kept while notifications are enabled and are disabled or removed when you opt out, complete account deletion, or the push provider reports the app install as no longer registered.

Mobile notifications are optional. You can choose `Not now` on the first prompt, deny the OS permission prompt, or turn off new-stock alerts later from Settings.
The service is not directed at children. Customers under 18 should use the showroom service through a parent or guardian.
