Approved customers can sign in on the website or in the DDA Jewels mobile app with the same email and password.
The mobile app stores a bearer token in the device secure store. Sign out in the app to revoke that device. If a phone is lost, contact the showroom and ask for all mobile sessions to be revoked.
If you suspect someone else knows your password, reset it. A successful password change or reset revokes active mobile sessions for that user.
You can start an account deletion request by email. We will verify the request before deleting or disabling the account and will explain any records we must retain for legal, tax, audit, dispute, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
